Letting Donald “the birther” Trump moderate the debate would be like the Democratic party letting Rosie “the truther” play moderator amongst progressives.
One candidate (Huntsman) has wisely declined, although the fact that the others are showing up makes the who field look hollow.
Trump is trending on Twitter. Unfortunately it’s for all the wrong reasons.
Now that he’s released his long form birth certificate to the public, we can discuss REAL ISSUES!!! Not to mention silence clowns like Trump (who destroyed his own Presidential aspirations by embracing his inner Birther).
Smart move IMHO. He was unlikely to win any support from GOP leaders or in a primary. That when he loses he can blame the “2 party system” and save face.
