Did Rick Perry just kill off any chances of becoming President? YouTube: Rick Perry: OOPS (by bizbuzz2000)
Saturday Night Live lampoons Perry. If he ever wins the Presidency this “image” will probably haunt him for a very long time. (Hat tip: The Blaze)
Rick Perry to embrace his inner cowboy and actually debate after all. Honestly I wish he would “man up” and do them all instead of skipping out on them because they are hard. Doing so makes him look weaker than Romney.(via Now Rick Perry Says He’ll Attend at Least Five More Debates | Video | TheBlaze.com)
No he didn’t say it exactly, but the way his campaign is whining about the debates is making me second guess his entire candidacy (note: Perry is was my primary choice for President). If Perry can’t handle debates with his fellow citizens, how is he going to lead the world at the UN (which is full of debates), G20 summit (which is full of debates) or NATO? (also full of debates, especially over funding and resources) Perhaps Obama will be re-elected after all. :-/
Keep it up Perry, and you will be saluting Romney as the GOP nominee and Obama as the President in 2012 (both which are scary thoughts).

Governor, do you believe that President Barack Obama was born in the United States?
I have no reason to think otherwise.
That’s not a definitive, “Yes, I believe he”—
Well, I don’t have a definitive answer, because he’s never seen my birth certificate.
But you’ve seen his.
I don’t know. Have I?
You don’t believe what’s been released?
I don’t know. I had dinner with Donald Trump the other night.
And?
That came up.
And he said?
He doesn’t think it’s real.
And you said?
I don’t have any idea. It doesn’t matter. He’s the President of the United States. He’s elected. It’s a distractive issue.

More Rick Perry responses. Surprised he picked Time magazine over Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. I wonder if CNN is next?

Perry seems well versed in creating a pro business environment as well as embracing his inner war hawk within (although honestly you never know someone’s foreign policy is until they’re elected). He also seems unwilling to revisit his Bush bashing past which is good as he will need the GOP’s entire support of he wants to defeat Obama.
It looks like Perry is running after all! :-D Not sure if Romney/Bachmann/Etc. supporters will be pleased, but his entrance should give people a real choice (and not merely a “anyone but Obama” position).

Everyone but Perry is pushing for Perry to run for President. Even his wife wants (or rather is demanding) that he runs. Seriously dude, have you seen the current crop of candidates out there? Adding Perry to the list would actually give people a decent alternative.
